Are you a detail-oriented logistics and customer service professional with a passion for delighting customers in the e-commerce space? Do you thrive on providing outstanding phone and email support while driving sales? If so, we’re looking for you to join our growing team.

About the Role

As an Operations and Customer Service Specialist , you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless e-commerce operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will manage logistics, provide top-notch customer support, and contribute to sales growth in the US market.

Your responsibilities will be divided into :

60% Logistics & Operations – Managing warehouse coordination, delivery schedules, and shipping processes
25% Customer Service – Handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care
15% Sales – Providing product recommendations and closing deals through phone and email interactions

Customer Service & Sales

Provide personalized customer support via phone, email, and live chat

Deliver exceptional phone-based customer service and offer tailored product recommendations

Craft detailed email responses with 2-3 product options , helping customers make informed decisions

Drive sales growth by effectively engaging with potential buyers and closing deals

Pay : $5-6 / hr, DOE

Requirements

Operations & Logistics Experience – 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations and warehouse logistics

Customer Service Expertise – 3+ years in customer support, with experience handling inquiries across multiple channels

Sales Acumen – 2+ years of phone-based sales experience, with the ability to convert inquiries into purchases

Shopify Knowledge – 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Shopify stores

Strong Attention to Detail – Ability to coordinate logistics efficiently and ensure timely deliveries

Customer-Centric Mindset – Passion for providing outstanding customer experiences

Familiarity with the US E-Commerce Market – Understanding of logistics, delivery networks, and customer expectations

Technical Proficiency – Experience with e-commerce tools and warehouse management systems is a plus

Excellent English Communication Skills – Both verbal and written
