In this full‑time, on‑site position in Taguig City Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services to our valued clients. Your strategic leadership and technical expertise will be instrumental in driving the success of our Information & Communication Technology business.

What you'll be doing :

• Oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of IT services, managing a team of skilled professionals to meet client requirements and SLAs
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement service delivery strategies that optimise efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Continuously monitor and analyse service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing proactive support
• Lead the planning, execution, and governance of service delivery processes and procedures
• Contribute to the development and implementation of service delivery policies, standards, and best practices
• Mentor and develop the service delivery team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on service delivery performance and key metrics
