Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field With at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction safety Must have BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) or COSH (Construction Occupational Safety and Health) certification Experience in high-end residential or vertical construction is a strong advantage Strong leadership and communication skills Familiarity with local labor and safety regulations Opportunities for promotion Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching and following industry trends internationally Responds to RFPs, tenders and develops market in new sales territories to improve business growth Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities and other viable income streams Writing business proposals; drafting, reviewing and integrating contract requirements with business operations Review and manage all client contracts Bachelor’s degree in business, legal, marketing or related field Experienced tender or proposal writer Oversees the development of proposals, bids, quotations, RFP responses, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients Manages and meets proposal deadlines by establishing project priorities and due dates for the proposal Strong communication skills, market research and technical background specifically in localization With compelling sales personality, and hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads Proven track record of business development, sales and marketing globally Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy Health insurance Life insurance Paid training Pay raise Promotion to permanent employee Work from home 8 hour shift Night shift 13th month salary Overtime pay Performance bonus Contract Tender Management : 2 years (required) Proposal Writing : 2 years (required) Client prospecting : 2 years (required)

Responsibilities :
- Implement and monitor the site's Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) programs
- Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits
- Ensure compliance with DOLE, OSH, and other applicable safety regulations
- Prepare and maintain safety reports, incident logs, and documentation
- Lead toolbox meetings and safety orientations for workers
- Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors regarding safety practices
- Recommend corrective actions for unsafe practices or conditions
