Job Description :

• Assist in preparing detailed CAD drawings
• Use CAD software for technical drawings
• Maintain organized drawing files & file directory as per company policy
• Collaborate with surveyors to integrate data
• Perform quality control checks
• Engage in continuous learning
• Drawing work will be primarily focused on creating new drawings rather than updating or maintaining existing files, applying specific company processes to existing architectural plans.
• Handling some project that involves subdivision of buildings, working with existing architectural plans to create boundary lines and extract areas for authority submissions, both pre-construction and post-completion phases.

Schedule :  Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM UAE time (12 : 30 PM to 9 : 30 PM Manila time) - The candidate may possibly start their shift earlier or work overtime, depending on the workload.
