Ensure all delivery receipts (DR) and Trip Tickets (TT) are properly checked and recorded.

Ensure daily tracking of plant production, truck availability, and delivery status.

Ensure effective coordination with plant operators, mixer drivers, and the Plant Manager.

Ensure quick response to delivery issues with necessary schedule adjustments.

Ensure all dispatch records are accurate and audit-ready.
