- Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (Sydney Time) with a 1-hour unpaid break
- Total Weekly Hours : 40 hours
About the role
Our client is seeking a driven and proactive Internal Sales Agent to support our lending team. This is a customer-facing role focused on driving internal sales and guiding clients through the loan application process. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background—preferably in the lending or finance space—and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily outbound calls to engage and qualify potential leadsAssist in preparing and packaging loan applications for reviewCoordinate and facilitate the loan process from application through to fundingMaintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the CRMProvide clear and consistent communication to clients throughout the processCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processingWhat We're Looking For
