Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Submission :
Prepare, review, and submit accurate import / export documents to customs and other relevant government agencies.
Tariff Classification :
Accurately classify goods using the Harmonized System (HS) Code and ensure the correct tariff and duties are applied.
Compliance :
Ensure all customs-related activities and documentation comply with local and international customs laws, rules, and regulations.
Liaison :
Communicate with customs authorities, internal departments, and clients to resolve clearance issues and facilitate the release of shipments.
Shipment Monitoring :
Track the status of shipments to ensure timely release from customs custody and prevent delays.
Record Keeping :
