Key Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Assist with order placements, cancellations, and refunds
Handle complaints and resolve delivery issues efficiently
Guide customers and delivery partners in using the app
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions
Qualifications :
High school graduate (college undergraduates welcome)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Previous BPO or customer service experience is a plus
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating mobile apps
Ability to work in a fast-paced and shifting environment
