About the Role
We’re looking for a CSR / Patient Support Specialist to join our growing Healthcare Account team at XtendOps. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, providing compassionate, accurate, and efficient support. Your goal is to ensure every patient feels heard, cared for, and guided through their healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist patients with scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and processing requests.
Accurately document interactions and maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide empathetic and patient-centered support, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
Education : At least a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience : Previous experience in healthcare, BPO, or customer support is an advantage.
Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems.
Must be willing to work onsite and flexible with shifts as needed.
