Office Based Sales Staff

Job descriptionAssist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets Provide after-sales support and maintain customer relationships At least 1 year working experience in sales, customer service, or related role Strong verbal and written communication skills Computer literate (MS Office) Customer-focused, goal-oriented, and proactive Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Work Schedule : MONDAY to SATURDAY, 8 : 00 A.M. TO 5 : 00 P.M.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from customers
- Promote and explain products / services to clients clearly and persuasively
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and assist in documentation
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounting, customer service) to ensure smooth
transactions
