OFFICE-BASED SALES STAFF
Position Overview :
The Office-Based Sales Staff is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, promoting
products / services, and providing excellent support to clients through office-based operations (calls,
emails, or walk-ins). This role requires good communication skills, sales ability, and customer service
focus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from customers
- Promote and explain products / services to clients clearly and persuasively
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and assist in documentation
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounting, customer service) to ensure smooth
transactions
Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targetsProvide after-sales support and maintain customer relationshipsQualifications :
At least 1 year working experience in sales, customer service, or related roleStrong verbal and written communication skillsComputer literate (MS Office)Customer-focused, goal-oriented, and proactiveGraduate of bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferredWork Schedule : MONDAY to SATURDAY 8 : 00 A.M. TO 5 : 00 P.M.
