Job Overview :
We are seeking a Content Manager to join VFLC as a partnership-based collaborator. This is not a salaried role but a performance-based partnership where the Content Manager will gain exclusive referral rights to VFLCs client base. The role involves managing VFLCs social media presence and contributing to a coordinated multi-channel growth strategy alongside SEO specialists, BDRs, and web designers.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with managing all VFLC social media accounts (LinkedIn, X / Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
- Create and schedule at least 15 posts per month based on a content calendar
- Actively engage with followers and respond to comments within 24 hours
- Track and report on monthly analytics (engagement, follower growth, etc.)
- Collaborate with VFLCs growth team to ensure alignment with overall strategies
