Virtual Rockstar is hiring a full-time Marketing & Client Success Specialist on behalf of our client — a top-performing consulting firm that helps financial institutions achieve elite results and build award-winning workplace cultures.
As the Marketing & Client Success Specialist, you’ll bridge the gap between marketing and customer service — managing digital campaigns, communicating with clients, and helping guide them through key program milestones.
You’ll use HubSpot daily to build and send email campaigns, track client progress, and manage workflows. You’ll also help maintain marketing assets, assist with event campaigns, and ensure every customer feels seen, supported, and delighted.

Responsibilities
Marketing Operations
Manage and execute email marketing campaigns in HubSpot — from scheduling to analytics
Keep HubSpot data clean, organized, and optimized for marketing workflows
Assist with updating class materials, client learning portals, and digital course content
Upload and update campaigns, webinars, and learning modules in HubSpot and LightSpeed platforms
Track participant engagement and program completion across the firm’s certification and training programs
Client Communication & Relationship Management
Provide ongoing customer support through email and phone
Manage clients’ progress through their programs, providing reminders, resources, and encouragement
Support clients with curriculum milestones, class scheduling, and assessments
Coordinate event attendance confirmations, follow-up calls, and client communications
Deliver customer experiences that reflect professionalism, warmth, and the company’s high standards
Project & Event Coordination
Support live and virtual events, workshops, and certification programs
Help plan marketing campaigns tied to seminars, roundtables, and training events
Update internal systems (TeamWork, HubSpot, Slack) to ensure alignment across departments
Collaborate with team members to improve workflows, communications, and campaign outcomes
Content & Analytics
Assist with creating or refining marketing materials in Canva
Analyze campaign and engagement data to help optimize future communications
Help ensure all client-facing content is on-brand, error-free, and value-driven
Requirements
2+ years of experience in marketing, customer service, or client success
Hands-on experience using HubSpot (required)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (polished, professional, and friendly tone)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Strong emotional intelligence and customer empathy
Experience with project management and communication tools such as TeamWork, Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, or other creative tools is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, excellence-driven environment
