Virtual Rockstar is hiring a full-time Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist on behalf of our client — a thriving coaching business that helps ambitious women break free from burnout, reconnect to their bodies, and lead from authenticity, joy, and feminine embodiment.
As the Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing qualified leads across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll initiate genuine, values-aligned conversations that turn curiosity into connection and connection into clients.
You’ll also help manage email marketing campaigns, content repurposing, and CRM workflows inside Go High Level, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every prospect.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Nurture
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok outreach
Initiate and maintain warm, authentic conversations that reflect the brand’s voice and values
Track and organize all leads in Go High Level to ensure consistent follow-up
Schedule and manage consultation calls on the client’s calendar
Follow up with warm leads via DM or email to guide them toward booking sessions
Support paid ad lead flow and ensure leads are properly tagged and nurtured through automations
Marketing Support & Campaign Management
Manage and schedule daily email campaigns and automations in Go High Level
Maintain and update pipelines, automations, and workflows to support lead nurturing
Assist with social media scheduling and light content editing for Reels, Shorts, and TikToks
Help repurpose long-form content (videos, blogs, or livestreams) into shareable social assets
Track engagement metrics and provide reports on lead activity, conversions, and campaign performance
CRM & Systems Management
Keep Go High Level CRM clean, updated, and well-organized
Create and refine workflows to streamline lead management and client communication
Monitor campaign analytics and provide actionable insights for optimization
Customer Care & Communication
Respond promptly and warmly to messages, comments, and email inquiries
Provide light customer support to guide clients through milestones and next steps
Maintain a tone that is professional, compassionate, and aligned with the brand’s values
Requirements
2+ years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or customer engagement
Proficiency with Go High Level (GHL) required
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Experience managing social media (especially Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn)
Comfortable with basic content editing (Canva, Descript, or similar tools)
Familiarity with email marketing, CRM management, and workflow automations
Emotional intelligence and empathy — must enjoy connecting with people genuinely
Self-starter who can take initiative and thrive in a collaborative, creative environment

Requirements
Experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Zoom. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. A genuine interest in the dental industry is a plus.
