Job description

Graduate of any Business Course

At least 5 years of related work experience.

With at least 3 years of supervisory experience

Experience in the microfinance industry is an advantage

Must be willing to work primarily in Cainta, with required travel to other assigned unit offices in Marikina and Tanay.

Working Knowledge of microfinance operations and MF NGO law

Communication skills, both written and verbal

Interpersonal skills

Creative and Innovative
