BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGER ( MALL BASED OUTLET) OOH MEDIA AGENCY -ORTIGAS

Education

  • Graduate of any 4-year degree course.
  • Preferred : Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related

fields.

Experience

  • 2–5 years in retail, entertainment, hospitality, or mall-based operations.
  • Experience in managing teams and customer-facing environments.
  • Preferably in retail stores, hospitality business & other businesses with high

    • customer service engagement & interactions.

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership style.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with interactive entertainment systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Creative mindset with a flair for event planning and guest engagement.

    • Salary Range

    Php50,000 – Php 70,000 / Monthly
