Job descriptionCollaborate with senior trainers or external experts to update lesson plans and training materials in line with new EV technologies. Assist in securing and maintaining TESDA and LTO accreditations where required. Mentor and guide a small team of instructors. Schedule classes and practical sessions. Develop localized training curriculum for operations and hands-on learning Coordinate with transport cooperatives, bus operators, and charging-station partners for practical training and internships. Enforce workplace safety measures and ensure trainees follow high-voltage handling protocols.
