We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Japanese Bilingual Account) to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role based in our Pasig City Metro Manila office. In this critical position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Japanese-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met and their queries are resolved efficiently.
What you'll be doing
Handling inbound customer calls and inquiries from Japanese-speaking clients
Responding to customer emails and messages in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, providing clear and effective solutions
Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and communications
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
What we're looking for
With Japanese-speaking- customer service experts, N1 / N2 proficiency (open to both native and non-native speakers)
At least 6 months of fraud analyst experience
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically
Exceptional customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help others
A team player with the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment
