Job Requirements :
✨Bachelor’s degree holder
✨With at least 7-8 years BPO experience is an advantage
✨With at least 6 years’ experience in Quality management is a plus
✨With at least 3 years people management experience
✨Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities :
✨ Process Management : Ensure compliance with the established Quality Framework across existing operations and implement it for all new ramp-ups. Identify internal process gaps within client operations and design robust controls to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.
✨Process Control & Verification : Implement and monitor process verification mechanisms, such as transaction monitoring, to maintain operational accuracy.
✨Establish effective control measures to ensure process stability and consistent performance.
✨Quality Measurement : Define and implement quality measurement methodologies, continuously track results, and drive initiatives to improve overall quality scores.
✨Client Management : Participate in client engagement reviews to present quality-related performance insights. Analyze customer concerns, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to strengthen client satisfaction.
