REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB :
✨Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin.
✨Can speak conversational to proficient in English.
✨Open to High school, undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates.
✨Having at least 1 year of Operational Support experience is a big advantage.
✨Open to work in a shifting schedule
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION :
✨Handle customer inquiries and oversee escalated issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution to deliver excellent customer service.
✨Support ongoing Lean initiatives and process improvement projects.
✨Develop quality metrics to monitor product improvements.
✨Ensure products align with customer expectations and market demand.
✨Develop and execute database queries, perform analyses, and create visualizations and reports for assigned projects.
