About the client :
Cluey Learning is seeking a proactive, friendly, and detail-oriented Tech Support Agent to provide operational and technical assistance to our students and instructors across our Schools (SC) and Events (EV) business units. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and engaging experience in our digital learning environments, including after-school programs and holiday camps.
About the role :
As part of Cluey’s support team, you’ll work remotely to :
Provide real-time and asynchronous tech support for students and instructors
Troubleshoot common issues in block-based and line-based coding environments
Support internal processes and documentation efforts
Communicate clearly and effectively with both children and adult instructors
Support our students and instructors across Cluey’s innovative learning experiences

Requirements
We’re looking for someone who can adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Your strengths will include :
Experience in coding education platforms , especially with block-based (e.g. Scratch-like) or JavaScript-based environments (experience with Cluey’s Code Camp World is not required but similar platforms are ideal)
Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive attitude
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – clear, calm, and effective
A keen eye for detail and accuracy, particularly when diagnosing issues or providing instructions
Comfort with documentation – able to update internal FAQs and guides clearly and concisely
Familiarity with educational content such as lesson plans or digital learning resources
Must be amenable to working during Australian business hours
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Slack and LiveChat or similar team collaboration and support tools
Markdown writing skills and a basic understanding of version control (e.g., Git)
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and reporting
