Professional Experience
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in product marketing or category management, preferably in HVAC, appliances, or consumer electronics
At least 3–5 years in a leadership or team management role
Proven track record of launching, managing, and growing product lines with measurable business impact
Strong background in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
Experience in both upstream (strategy, R&D, roadmap) and downstream (GTM, campaigns, sales enablement) marketing

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Portfolio Management
Lead the overall product marketing strategy for HVAC and WRAC, including product roadmaps, value propositions, and lifecycle plans
Evaluate and optimize the product portfolio based on performance, market demand, and profitability
Guide pricing strategy, product differentiation, and positioning across segments and channels
Go-To-Market Strategy and Execution
Oversee the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, refreshes, and category campaigns
Coordinate across departments to align product availability, pricing, promotions, and communications
Approve key GTM elements : launch timeline, messaging, collateral, and channel rollout plans
Market Intelligence and Commercial Insight
Lead efforts in market trend monitoring, customer behavior research, and competitive analysis
Translate insights into strategic opportunities and product planning inputs
Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
Business Performance Tracking and Optimization
Oversee product performance through key metrics such as sell-in / sell-out, market share, margin, and customer feedback
Identify gaps and opportunities in product execution, pricing, or messaging
Adjust plans based on performance trends and business goals
Cross-functional Leadership and Alignment
Act as the primary liaison between Product Marketing and functions such as R&D, Sales, Brand, and Supply Chain
Champion cross-functional planning, alignment, and prioritization
