DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Team & Operations Management :
- Lead the marketing team, manage workload, conduct alignment meetings, assess manpower needs, and coordinate with principals
Brand & Campaign Direction :
Set overall brand strategy and monthly calendars. Review proposals, lead project kick-offs, maintain KAM relationships, and oversee campaigns and events.PR & Communications :
Guide public relations efforts to strengthen brand presence and messaging.Trade Marketing (Offline) :
Execute trade programs and support the sales team with materials like kits and presentations.eCommerce Strategy :
Lead business reviews, set online sales targets and discount strategies, and manage key campaigns.Daily Approvals & Coordination :
Approve manpower schedules, job orders, and coordinate with internal teams to align with the marketing calendar.JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or brand management; experience in eCommerce and trade marketing preferred.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Analytical thinker with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
