Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Director of Go-To-Market (GTM) to lead our acquisition strategy for labs and dental practices through a blend of product-led growth (PLG) and enterprise sales motions. This role will own demand generation, outbound efforts, channel / partner programs, and revenue operations — with clear accountability for CAC payback, net revenue retention (NRR), and gross revenue retention (GRR)
- Own lab / dentist acquisition via PLG + enterprise motions; build partner programs.
- Run demand gen, outbound, and RevOps; manage CAC payback, NRR / GRR.
- Align GTM with Product and Ops; enable reps with playbooks and tooling.
Requirements
Delivered ARR growth with pipeline proof and CAC / payback discipline.Ran PLG loops and enterprise sales playbooks in SaaS.Hands‑on with HubSpot / Salesforce / Marketo and funnel analytics.Operator‑disruptor, not a corporate marketer.Requirements
