Job Description :

STAFFVIRTUAL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced GTM Program Manager to join our team in Metro Manila, Philippines. As the GTM Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our company's products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new product launches, including market analysis, target audience identification, messaging, and positioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment and execution of go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
• Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for go-to-market initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of go-to-market strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
• Develop marketing collateral and sales tools to support go-to-market initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in go-to-market strategies.
