The role
You will manage a high-performance, cross-functional team covering performance marketing, digital merchandising, content, CRM, analytics, and eComm operations. You will partner closely with marketing, supply chain, product, finance, and founders.
Your Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end P&L for all eCommerce channels, ensuring revenue, profit, and retention goals are met.
- Design and execute channel-specific growth plans across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and D2C.
- Scale D2C performance through UX improvements, funnel optimization, CRM journeys, and higher AOV / LTV.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary digital team, building a culture of innovation, speed, and accountability.
- Maximize paid media ROI through data-driven performance marketing, experimentation, and creative testing.
- Oversee digital merchandising, promo architecture, and conversion rate optimization.
- Partner with supply chain for forecast accuracy, inventory health, and fulfillment excellence.
- Build smart dashboards and reporting rhythms to power executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with brand & marketing teams for launches, influencer programs, and tentpole campaigns.
- Champion customer experience excellence across platforms — reviews, delivery, refunds, loyalty.
