Qualifications

1. With at least 1 year experience in Sales Department

2. Knowledge in all kinds of social media platforms for sales application

3. Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing

Job Description

Addressing customer inquiries (via Meta, Viber, and emails) such as the product itself, price, and availability.

Process orders smoothly and maintain records timely to support sales team’s efficiency.

Knowledge in products and improving sales cycle for the betterment of the sales team.

Collaborating with the sales team to support client needs and facilitate sales.

Coordinate with the Logistics on the status of orders for dispatching and preparation of sales documents.

Other tasks assigned by the General Manager.
