About the Role
We are building our talent pool for experienced and motivated Sales Support Representatives who can assist sales teams in managing client relationships, streamlining processes, and ensuring a seamless sales operation. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and client presentations
- Maintain and update customer information and sales data in CRM systems
- Track leads, follow up on pending inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses
- Generate and analyze sales reports to support decision-making
- Communicate professionally with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders
- Support the onboarding process for new customers and handle documentation requirements
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the sales department
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a Sales Support , Sales Operations , or Customer-Facing Administrative roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detailAnalytical mindset with basic understanding of sales metrics and reportingProficiency with sales and productivity tools , such as :CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive)Project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp)Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)Communication tools (Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams)Document and file management tools (DocuSign, Dropbox, Notion)Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setupStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting sales operations
