SEO Specialist (AO-13515)

Job Description

This is a remote position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Review current SEO methods across the business.
• Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research.
• Develop realistic and workable strategies.
• Optimize on-page SEO and GEO where necessary.
• Implement and improve off-page SEO strategies.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements.
• Understand local SEO strategies to support our franchisees.
• Stay informed about upcoming changes to Google, Bing, etc., related to GEO and AI and develop into the action plan accordingly.
• Assist the Marketing team in developing their content creation to enhance SEO / GEO.
• Provide clear and actionable weekly reporting on SEO progress.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required. 2+ years of experience in marketing administration or data management roles. Proficient in CRM systems, ideally Zoho CRM, with proven experience in data handling, tagging, and segmentation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights. Excellent online research capabilities, able to find and organise relevant prospect data efficiently. Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. Solid written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote working environment.
