Junior Data Analyst

Pasay MOA | Full onsite | Dayshift - compressed time schedule 9am to 7 : 30pm (Monday to Friday)

• Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor’s degree program in Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• With 1 to 2 years of experience in Data Analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) is required
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases is preferred.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Exposure to programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to perform minor administrative tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving mindset.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Will handle the entity dashboard, monitor the status of tickets in the said system.
• Should have experience in data gathering (so you can know what are need to enhance on the system)
