Job descriptionCreate and maintain review files for financial planning clients. Update client information in Xplan (negotiable) or Microsoft Excel and ensure data accuracy. Prepare and raise Fixed Term Agreements and ROA MDA documents. Transcribe file notes and maintain organized records. Assist with general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in AU Finance / Accounting Assistant or similar roles. Experience working for an Australian Client / Business is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or AU Finance / Accounting software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and time management abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
