Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (Chicago time, CDT)
Break : 1-hour unpaid break
Total Weekly Hours : 40 hours
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Appointment Setting & Inside Sales Closer to join their team.
This is not just a dialing role — it’s a true closing position where you’ll take cold leads, build a pipeline, and persistently follow up through calls and emails to secure qualified appointments. You’ll be the frontline hunter who opens doors for the senior closer to finalize deals.

Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach
Manage a large database of over 70,000 cold leads.
Make a high volume of outbound calls and send targeted emails to reach decision-makers.
CRM Management
Accurately record and track all activities, notes, and follow-ups in Monday.com.
Appointment Closing
Engage prospects in compelling conversations, handle objections, and confidently close appointments for the senior closer.
Persistent Follow-Up
Execute structured multi-touch follow-up sequences (calls, emails) to nurture leads until meetings are secured.
Brand Representation
Communicate the company’s value proposition and brand message with professionalism and clarity.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales with measurable success.
A true closer’s mindset — persistent, persuasive, and unafraid of rejection.
Experience using CRM systems (especially Monday.com) and spreadsheets.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing your own pipeline in a remote environment.
Resilient under pressure and driven by results.
