Role Name : Appointment Setter
Schedule : 40h per week - Monday-Friday 9am-6pm Pacific with potential for performance-based bonus compensation

Scope :
Remote position working during US business hours
Primary focus on appointment setting and lead qualification
Performance-based compensation structure with hourly rate plus potential bonuses for qualified SQLs
Direct integration with client's Salesforce system and existing lead generation processes
Opportunity for role expansion into venue booking and other business development activities
Working with high-value prospects in the financial services / retirement planning sector
Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to prospects who raised their hand at seminars and dinners to schedule follow-up appointments
Contact warm leads generated through Google and Facebook advertising to qualify and schedule appointments
Conduct confirmation calls to registered seminar attendees the day before events to ensure attendance and answer questions
Perform cold calling to re-engage prospects from the company database (6+ months old leads) to generate interest in upcoming seminars
Screen and pre-qualify prospects to ensure they meet criteria before scheduling appointments
Operate within Salesforce to manage leads, book appointments, and track all prospect interactions
Potentially assist with calling and booking venues for future seminars and events
Overcome objections and use sales techniques to convert prospects into scheduled appointments
Requirements
Proven sales experience with strong objection handling skills
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM system
Excellent communication skills with a clean, neutral American accent
Experience in B2B sales or appointment setting preferred
Ability to work with conservative, senior demographic (ages 55-75)
Strong phone presence and professional demeanor
Ability to screen and qualify prospects effectively
Results-oriented mindset focused on conversion rates
