My Cloud Crew is currently seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of SEO and PPC campaigns, manage client communications, and help ensure smooth project delivery across a growing portfolio of clients. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, tracking performance data, handling client onboarding and support tickets, and maintaining high standards of accuracy in a fast-paced, agency environment.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of digital marketing agency experience , strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads , and excels at managing multiple projects, timelines, and client relationships simultaneously.
Client Relationship Management :
Conduct regular client communications via phone, email, and virtual meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and maintain strong relationships
Manage ongoing client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards
Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to execute client campaigns and projects effectively
Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address concerns to maintain positive relationships
Recognize early warning signs of client dissatisfaction or "high temperature" situations and implement appropriate de-escalation strategies
Revenue Growth and Client Development
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client performance data and business needs
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI improvements, traffic growth, conversion increases, and budget utilization to spot upselling opportunities
Present data-driven recommendations to clients, highlighting how additional services could amplify their current success
Project Coordination and Execution :
Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing projects and campaigns
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and resources for marketing initiatives to ensure deadlines are met
Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects
Assist in the preparation of campaign briefs, creative assets, and other project-related documents
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on key milestones and potential challenges
Client Operations and Support :
Oversee comprehensive client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and clear expectation setting
Manage Zoho Desk ticketing system, ensuring timely responses and resolution of client inquiries and support requests
Maintain detailed client project documentation and communication logs for accountability and continuity
Performance Analysis and Strategic Support :
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics across SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to identify trends and opportunities
Investigate performance issues, conduct root cause analysis, and develop actionable recommendations for improvement
Prepare comprehensive performance reports with insights and strategic recommendations for client accounts
Demonstrate working knowledge of website fundamentals, SEO principles, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams about campaign strategies and results
Communication and Collaboration :
Serve as a central point of contact for the marketing team, ensuring seamless communication between departments and external stakeholders.
Facilitate meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
Support cross-departmental collaboration to align marketing efforts with company goals and initiatives.
Process Improvement :
Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and streamline marketing processes.
Propose and implement solutions to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
Vendor and Partner Management :
Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
Review vendor contracts, process payments, and manage ongoing relationships to maintain quality and cost-effectiveness.
Ad Hoc Support :
Provide support on special projects and initiatives as assigned by marketing leadership.
Adapt to evolving priorities and handle additional tasks as required.
Requirements
Experience : Minimum 2+ years in a digital marketing agency , specifically supporting SEO and PPC campaign operations.
Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics .
Client Management : Proven experience managing agency clients and understanding agency workflows.
Project Management : Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaboration : Ability to coordinate across teams and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Attention to Detail : Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver with a focus on process improvement.
Marketing Operations : Hands-on experience with marketing project management and campaign coordination
100% remote job
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST
