Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule : Flexible during client’s business hours (includes 1-hour unpaid break)
Total weekly hours : 40 Hours
Scope
Start by clearing a backlog of 50–60 similar data projects
Transition to ongoing maintenance and daily data management
Work across multiple software systems including CRM and management tools
Long-term role with potential for continued full-time employment
Integrate into team systems and communication tools
Responsibilities
Perform data entry tasks using Google Sheets and Excel
Extract and organize data from CRM and management tools
Follow established processes for data collection and input
Complete backlog of 50–60 projects using consistent, systematic methods
Apply learned processes across multiple tasks
Maintain data accuracy and organization after backlog completion
Participate in training sessions on company-specific data methods
Requirements
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow systematic processes and workflows
Experience with back-office administrative work
Self-motivated and capable of working independently on repetitive tasks
