Job Summary

As an Analytics Solutions Manager in Payments Operations, you will lead a team responsible for delivering data insights, visualizations, and metrics dashboards. You will analyze business requirements, design and build operational reporting, and support management decisions through ad‑hoc analysis. Your role includes mentoring associates, guiding career development, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. You will collaborate with Product Owners and Operations to implement new capabilities and ensure high standards in data management.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of associates, fostering innovation and continuous improvement
• Perform data mining, analytics, and problem solving to deliver actionable insights
• Analyze business requirements and design, build, and test high‑quality data visualizations
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Operations to develop requirements and implement new capabilities
• Ensure adherence to team standards and understanding of relevant data sources
• Proactively mitigate risk through process improvement, root cause analysis, and collaboration
• Support continuous learning and adoption of new tools and technologies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, peers, and management
• Summarize findings into concise, high‑level points and visually depict key data
• Contribute to the development of automated solutions for business problems
• Ensure timely and high‑standard delivery of business demands under pressure
