Vice President - Data Scientist (A / B Testing)

Overview

Join our Home Lending Modelling team to leverage your data science expertise in building and analyzing ML / AI products and solutions.

As a Data Scientist VP on the Home Lending Modelling team, you’ll join an organization that builds, implements, tests, and analyzes ML / AI products & solutions. Your ability to understand data relationships and take ownership of data-driven tasks will be key to your success. You’ll also develop approaches and / or processes to accomplish goals with an emphasis on A / B testing & advanced analytics. You’ll utilize strong communication skills to effectively operate in direct collaboration with key stakeholders across functions and lines-of-business.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and analyze A / B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of various strategies, initiatives, and ML / AI models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing opportunities and develop hypotheses.
• Ensure rigorous statistical analysis and interpretation of test results to inform business decisions.
• Leverage a variety of statistical and mathematical techniques and algorithms to analyze datasets and solve complex business problems.
• Develop presentations to summarize and communicate key messages to senior management, sponsors, and colleagues.
