Job descriptionStrong consulting and business acumen with proven client engagement experience. Deep knowledge of insurance products and at least one value‑chain lever (distribution, underwriting, policy, customer service). Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to develop clear reports, PoVs and data‑driven insights. Cross‑cultural competence and adaptability in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Relevant certifications such as FLMI, ALMI, CPCU, AINS, FIII, and analytics or automation credentials are desirable. Experience with transformation programs in insurance and proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView or Alteryx). 9–18 years of related experience; international work experience and transferable work permits are advantageous. Strategy & Consulting - Financial Services Manager / Senior Manager (Insurance)
Accenture invites you to apply for the Manager / Senior Manager – Insurance role in our Philippine office. As a leader in the Insurance practice, you will help Fortune 500 insurers and other companies transform and thrive in a rapidly changing landscape.
Overview
In this role you will leverage our industry experience, domain expertise and transformative technologies to support insurance companies in improving claims, distribution, underwriting, and customer experience. You will work with a global team of consultants, developers and subject‑matter experts to deliver high‑impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end insurance transformation projects, including claims, distribution, cost‑reduction, digital and technology transformation, and analytics.
- Engage on business development opportunities, respond to RFIs / RFPs, and support new business acquisition.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Co‑create assets, accelerators and best practices that onboard new work and increase repeat engagements.
- Collaborate with senior management and go‑to‑market teams on sales, delivery and execution.
- Maintain high performance across engagements through coaching, goal‑setting and resource planning.
