Electrician - Hacienda Luisita Gate 1 Technopark Tarlac

1. Maintain, monitor and perform routine facility and equipment maintenance.

2. Perform basic troubleshooting / corrective maintenance and restoration.

• Manual transfer of ATS, genset (main and back-up)
• Run electrical system thru generator power
• Bypass – AVR
• For prime sites, generator change over on given schedule.
• Change / Replacements of lighting fixtures, module, batteries, circuit breaker, convenience outlets etc. as needed.
• Installation of back-up units
• Bolt tightening (with Support Group)
• Provide temporary reconnection of line, grounding etc.

3. Conduct routine inspection on building, perimeter / fence and other facilities. Perform minor repair if needed.

4. Provide assistance to HO support or third-party contractor during maintenance / project activity.

5. Prepare and submit reports, forms, and other necessary documentations.

6. Ensure that electrical and gen set room are clean.

7. Receive and submit copies of utility bills and other documents to HO.

8. Maintains highest level of cleanliness in work / storage areas

9. Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
