Job descriptionBenefits : HMO coverage for the employee and two dependents starting on Day 1 Quarterly performance bonuses Excellent career development opportunities 15% night differential 24 days of leave annually Requirements : Minimum of 3 years' experience in RTA / WFM Front-end RTA experience is essential; back-end WFM experience is advantageous BPO work experience is required Proficiency in reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, VBA, Macros, and Excel College graduate Responsibilities : Ensure optimal staffing for business partners by developing forecast and staffing models, providing analytical support for business initiatives, market conditions, and making recommendations to aid decision-making Oversee resource planning for one or more divisional units; act as a trusted advisor by anticipating potential issues and opportunities Build strong working relationships with business partners; communicate trends or concerns proactively and support recommendations with data Collaborate with business partners to identify upcoming initiatives or changes that could impact volume or staffing; assess how changes in business drivers will affect staffing requirements Generate volume forecasts for inbound contact center or processing departments; maintain and update forecasting models using standard and advanced statistical techniques Continuously monitor staffing drivers such as volume, handle time, shrinkage, and occupancy versus plan; raise awareness within the business and recommend necessary actions
