Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all requests / checks are initiated correctly within the Internal Service Level Agreement.
- Ensuring the accuracy of the verification attempts (templates, emails, faxes, verbal representations) done.
- Ensuring that timely follow-ups are finished as scheduled.
- Raising insufficiencies from the entities as soon as they are identified.
- Ensuring that all documentation relative to the verification activity is uploaded to the System.
- Ensuring that all requests / checks are initiated correctly within the Internal Service Level Agreement.
