As a Sales Officer at Viral Picks Corporation “NarraTech”, you will support the growth of our IT software development business by actively engaging with potential clients, presenting solutions, and helping close deals. You will work closely with other internal teams to ensure client needs are met and sales targets are achieved. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a passion for technology and a strong foundation in sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist in identifying and qualifying new sales leads and opportunities.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential clients via email, phone, and social media.
- Present and promote IT software solutions to prospective clients.
- Support the Business Development Manager in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Maintain and update client records in CRM tools.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Help organize and participate in client meetings, demos, and events.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline status.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.At least 1–2 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles, preferably in the IT or software development industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of software development and tech solutions.Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
