About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce best practices to deliver scalable and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, and automation to meet business requirements.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Ensure code quality through unit testing and adherence to Salesforce development standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide ongoing support.

Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Experience with Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and security.

Knowledge of REST / SOAP APIs and integration techniques.

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II is a plus).

Preferred Skills

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.

Familiarity with CI / CD tools and version control (e.g., Git).

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
