- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree, can be Undergraduate or finished Senior High School with at least 15 years of working in BPO / Call Center - customer service / sales / travel is required.
- Experience in building and managing the delivery center.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in Quality. At least 10 years in BPO setup is a must with coaching, training, and motivating employees required.
- Strong knowledge of travel domain. Experience in GDS systems is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership and people skills, as well as performance management know-how to consistently meet KPIs and tasks.
- Six Sigma certification (at least Green Belt) and COPC are a plus
- Amenable to work onsite in Alabang, flexible in shifting or rotational schedule within 24 / 7 work hours.
- Can interact with senior management at a client and / or within IGT, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach.
- Project management experience is a plus.
