This is a remote position.

• Schedule :   minimum 20 hours per wee; Mon-Fri, 10 PM-2 AM (Sydney)
• For the first 6 months, they will work the same time as mine. Then, perhaps it can change after that, much earlier.

Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on technical SEO specialist to build the technical foundation that will support this company’s ambitious growth plans. You’ll be responsible for fixing existing technical issues and implementing robust SEO infrastructure for a large-scale e-commerce operation. This is a high-impact role where your technical expertise will directly contribute to improving website performance, search rankings, and overall online visibility. You’ll work independently on technical implementations while collaborating with strategic SEO and content specialists to ensure a comprehensive optimization approach.

Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Requirements

Requirements Strong technical SEO expertise with proven hands-on implementation experience Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related technical SEO tools Experience with Shopify platform technical optimization and troubleshooting Familiarity with Australian market or Australian companies strongly preferred Ability to work independently on complex technical implementations Minimum 20 hours per week availability with flexible scheduling Experience working with large-scale e-commerce sites and high-volume product catalogs preferred
