Business Development Officer- HRIS

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends

Develop and implement strategic plans to boost sales and profitability

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT Industry

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Has a background in HRIS products is an advantage

Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities

Willing to be based in or travel to Cavite
