YOUR ROLE AS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
The Business Development Officer will play a key role in driving MySigrid's growth through strategic sales initiatives and integrated marketing efforts. This position combines client engagement, digital marketing execution, and social media management to expand our market presence and achieve revenue targets.
Sales & Client Consultation :
- Conduct sales consultation calls with prospective clients to understand their business needs
- Present MySigrid's services and solutions in a compelling and consultative manner
- Qualify leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline
- Prepare proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements
- Follow up with potential clients to address questions and close sales
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Digital Marketing :
Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaignsImplement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic trafficMonitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insightsConduct market research to identify trends and opportunitiesCreate and optimize landing pages for lead generationManage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage clientsSocial Media Brand Marketing :
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and copy that aligns with brand voiceSchedule and publish posts consistently to maintain active presenceMonitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages promptlyEngage with followers and build online communityTrack social media metrics and generate reports on performanceIdentify trending topics and opportunities for brand visibilityReporting & Analysis :
Provide regular reports on sales performance, marketing campaigns, and social media metricsAnalyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunitiesPresent insights and recommendations to managementTrack ROI on marketing initiativesRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldMinimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or digital marketingProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platformsExperience with CRM systems and marketing tools specifically HubSpotExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quicklyCreative mindset with strong attention to detailPreferred Qualifications
