- 1-2 years’ experience with face-to-face customer service support and sales.
- 1-2 years’ experience with inventory management and tracking or document checking
- Experienced in using client systems / tools and can learn proprietary software systems.
- Excellent face-to-face customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate and engage effectively, verbally and in writing, with customers and partners.
- Ability to think analytically and has excellent attention to details
- Amenable to render overtime due to business needs
- Amendable to be assigned to different projects / location and can handle additional duties when required
Job description :
Distribution of gears, merchants’ items, and etc
Track inventory
Promote products, promos, events, and activities the Client offers.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the Client’s Booths
Safeguard Client-issued tools.
Follow instructions from Team Leader / Manager.
Prepare and submit reports accurately.
Any other related activities that need to be done to perform duties and responsibilities in manning and servicing the clients, partners, affiliates in the Client’s Booth
