Job Description

• Develop and lead the overall procurement strategy aligned with the company's construction and infrastructure goals.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement operations , including sourcing, bidding, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with project, engineering, and finance teams to align procurement activities with project timelines and budgets.
• Implement procurement best practices and systems to drive efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement team , fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor market trends and risks to inform sourcing decisions and mitigate supply chain disruptions.

The Successful Applicant

• Brings 20+ years of procurement experience , including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Has a strong background in construction, engineering, or infrastructure procurement .
• Demonstrates a proven track record in leading teams , managing complex supplier networks, and delivering cost efficiencies.
• Possesses excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Is familiar with the Philippine market or has the adaptability to navigate it effectively.=
• Open to local professionals , returning overseas Filipinos , or expatriates with relevant experience.
