Position Overview :
As a Selling Sales Manager in our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the VP of Sales. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of the department.
This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and leadership skills.

To succeed in this position, you must be experienced in sales with a proven track record of outstanding sales performance, as well as leadership experience. The role demands some late nights to meet with students as well as the flexibility to work some weekends to accommodate student schedules.

Team Support : Assist the Sales Manager in leading and motivating the team Coordinate team activities, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication Act as a point of contact for team members and address day-to-day operational issues 2. Operational Oversight : Support the Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency Monitor key performance indicators and report on team performance Implement process improvements and contribute to operational excellence 3. Project Coordination : Assist in planning and coordinating departmental projects Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met Monitor project progress and address any challenges that arise 4. Customer Interaction : Collaborate with the Sales Manager to build and maintain strong customer relationships Address client inquiries and concerns promptly Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction 5.
